Above Your Baseline wasn’t built just from a desire to help people make better health choices. It was shaped by my own struggles while trying to build a better, more aligned life... and by the realisation that knowing what to do doesn’t always make it easy to do it.

A Bit About Me
I’m Carl, a former soldier turned Health Psychologist.
I’ve lived the extremes: rigid health, burnout, and the climb back out.
I’ve also spent years studying behaviour change and supporting people in therapy who were dealing with their own versions of stress and overwhelm.
AYB exists because of that mix: lived experience + science.
This guide brings the two together.
